The Defense Threat Informations Group represents a worldwide organized group of specialists that are interested in analyzing and reporting issues related to defense technology. The group also investigates the historical perspective of wars and security policies. Most of the approximately 10 group members are volunteers. Groups of 5 different countries, they are mostly located in Europe. Even though they represent different countries, they are mostly located in Europe.

Die Defense Threat Informations Group eine weltweit tätige Vereinigung von Autoren, welche Analysen und Berichte im Bereich Rüstungstechnik sowie der Sicherheitspolitik erstellt und publiziert. Ebenso werden historische Aspekte der Kriegsgeschichte im Bereich der Strategie und der Taktik dokumentiert. Der Grossteil der Mitglieder übt diese Tätigkeit in der Freizeit aus. Die DTIG besteht aus rund 10 Mitgliedern aus 5 Staaten. Der Grossteil der Mitglieder ist in Europa beheimatet. Das Material von DTIG darf mit einer entsprechenden Quellenangabe weiterverwendet werden.
